You occasionally see PCs on the streets, but there's enough adults organising Scouts, Guides, BBs, youth clubs, karate, judo etc to ensure there's something for boys and girls to do. Aberfeldy Aberfeldy, a small rural town in Perthshire, in the Central Highlands of Scotland could not have a more beautiful geographical setting but the attraction of the town ends there. The central square is the focal point of gatherings of underage 'neds' drinking Buckfast every night. Drugs are rife and this is one of the nastiest, most violent little communities I have ever come across. The town has one policeman - the local 'Community Liaison Officer'.
