Ricky Abbott said the phone was prone to "pocket dialling", where the screen is activated without the user's knowledge. But police who viewed the video said they could see a hand adjusting the position of the phone as the naked youngster changed alone in a cubicle. Abbott, aged 36, of North Street, has pleaded not guilty to a charge of voyeurism in relation to the incident, which happened in March this year. At Bristol Crown Court on Thursday, October 26 Mark Worsley, prosecuting, told a jury that police were examining the iPhone in an unrelated inquiry when they found two clips of the ten-year-old girl in a changing cubicle at a swimming pool. The first clip lasted one minute 44 seconds and the second clip lasted three minutes, 57 seconds, the jury was told.
